The Costa Brava owes its name «Wild Coast» to its stormy layout. Its nature, the climate, the history, the picturesqueness of its ports and of some towns have a worldwide reputation.

The Costa Brava is made up of a multitude of small towns on the coast and fishing ports such as Cadaques, Dali's place of residence, or Calella de Palafrugell where you can listen to habaneras at a festival held annually and that remind us of the nostalgia and the feelings of the sailors emigrated to Cuba.

In the 200 kilometers of coastline that forms the Costa Brava, you will come across the charm of the typical Mediterranean towns such as L'Escala, Palamos and Sant Feliu de Guixols nestled in the mountains, surrounded by vegetation and that descend to the sea and the coves. from Begur and Palafrugell.

On the Costa Brava you can visit the Cap de Creus Natural Park or the Aiguamolls de L'Emporda Natural Park, the Illes Medes a L'Estartit, the city of Rosas and the Greco Romanicas d'Empuries ruins in L'Escala or the cities Pals and Peratallada, the ancient city of Tossa de Mar and the splendid botanical gardens of Blanes and Lloret de Mar.

The beach and many other distractions will fill your time on the Costa Brava which has an average annual temperature of 17º, moderate rainfall and 2,500 hours of sunshine per year.
